Liverpool's flat market — around 80,000 leasehold homes, 34% of sales — is anchored by the city centre and waterfront. The docks regeneration produced successive waves of managed stock: warehouse conversions in the Ropewalks and around Duke Street, the Princes Dock and Kings Dock developments, and the apartment schemes that followed the Baltic Triangle's growth. Georgian terraces around Rodney Street and Canning add a period-conversion layer with very different management needs.

Liverpool leaseholders should look carefully at two things.
