Compare Block Managers is an independent directory that helps leaseholders, freeholders, RMCs and developers compare UK block & property management companies.
What we do
We bring together accreditation, company information, and customer ratings for over 1,300 property managers accredited by The Property Ombudsman (TPO) or The Property Institute (TPI) — so you can compare like for like in one place.
Why we built it
Choosing a block manager is hard: information is scattered across ombudsman registers, Companies House, Google and Trustpilot. We pull it together, show ratings from multiple sources side by side, and are transparent about what the data can and can't tell you.
Independence
We are not owned by, or affiliated with, any property manager. Listings are based on public accreditation and data — a company cannot pay to rank higher. See our methodology for exactly how we compile and present everything, and how we make money for how the site is funded.
