Compare Block Managers is an independent comparison website for UK block managers and managing agents. It provides information to help leaseholders, freeholders and resident directors compare companies. Information accuracy

We compile data from third-party sources (public registers, Companies House and review platforms) and present it in good faith, but we cannot guarantee it is complete, current or error-free. Ratings reflect a company overall — often across multiple offices — and may not reflect your local experience. See our methodology and limitations for exactly how we compile and present the data.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site — for example by scraping or bulk-copying our content, attempting to disrupt the service, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual property

The design, original content and the way we compile and present the directory are our intellectual property. Underlying facts (such as accreditation status and public ratings) belong to their respective sources. You may link to our pages, but you may not republish substantial parts of the site without permission.
